The wish of New Caledonia to engage a cooperation with the Federal Parliament,
The possibility of twinning the New Caledonia Congress with a State Parliament of Australia.
The cooperation of Australian experts on trade and civil laws to help New Caledonia in these fields.
The possibility for the Congress of New Caledonia to participate in some regional parliamentary forums.
