The Embassy of France in Australia does not offer any financial support for exchange programs between French and Australian schools.
Bridge School Database
The France–Australia Bridge School database connects Australian teachers, students and school communities with their peers in France, including French territories.
More than 200 French schools (high schools and colleges) are listed in the Bridge School Database for Australian schools seeking partners to develop exchange programs with schools in Metropolitan France, French Polynesia, New Caledonia and the Reunion Island.
This website is an international school program to commemorate the First World War between France, New Zealand, and Australia.
The Shared Histories program was initially created in October 2013 to raise awareness about the contribution of the New Zealand Division who fought on the western front during WW1 among young New Zealand and French people.
The success of its first phase has led to expanding this program to include Australian schools, and thus reflect the wider historical context and the contribution of the ANZAC in the Great War. French territories of the Pacific – New Caledonia, French Polynesia and Wallis & Futuna – are also invited to participate.
